those of you who just started pumping - do you stop because the penis hurts from stretching or do you stop because the bulb gets hard and you can't pump any more ?

I'm working with the AMS trouble shooter. So far his recommendations aren't helping. Pump is getting easier to pop and drain but anything more than 4 pumps is not gonna happen. I have an appointment with Dr. Kramer in 2 weeks. Hopefully he can get the implant to work.

tried all the above. nothing works. I heard the pop. I can't squeeze any harder and still no inflation. Like squeezing a marble. No give. Kramer did it in his office, but told me to practice at home. It ain't f'n workin.
