RRP 2003

A friend had RRP in the early 2000s... and still has problems with incontinence. He has had two separate AMS 800 devices, the last one smaller than the first. This one still doesn't work. The doctor says his urethra is too small for the devices available. Anyone had any success with any other surgic...

VED therapy

Where is a good place to buy a VED?? If one wants to start using one after a number of years, obviously it should be started gradually. Just trying to see where those who have used them purchased them.... and were you satisfied with the quality? Any to avoid??

Thanks!

Re: Better off without anyone in my life?

I was glad to read that you have made another appointment... and I hope you will truly consider the implant. I had mine at age 59.... nine years ago.... and I wish I had done it sooner! I had zero problems. I think I missed about 10 work days.... but no problems with leakage at all. Actually, I thin...

Re: Need advice!!

Re: Implants v Injections

I had beginnings of ED in my late forties.... and used Viagra with success. But it gave me a headache and a stuffy nose. Prostatectomy at 51 let to permanent ED, even though my surgeon said my surgery was *textbook* and that the erectile nerves peeled away from the prostate with no problem. I turned...

Re: Implant on 10/24/13 Nervous

For all of you with procedures scheduled, I'd like to share that I had my implant done in Feb 2010 and was nervous....but there was very little pain afterwards....and the swelling was bearable. Much, much easier than my prostatectomy surgery recovery. Just take it easy afterwards and don't over exer...

Re: NEW WITH SOME ANXIETY

Hi, Art, Got my AMS LGX in early 2010 and was given similar instructions....tug on it occasionally to keep it pulled down toward the scrotum. I did it in the shower each day after I was able to take a bath again. That initial swelling will greatly subside after the first week to ten days, and you'll...
