Re: Is AMS or Coloplast implanted most?
Eid says AMS had to have a lot of tip extenders because they come with too short of tubing. If there is no tip extender, the pump is too high. Longer implant does not help because the chincey bastards still use the same length tubing. 9cm tubing on all scrotal kits and 18cm on all infrapubic kits. T...

Re: Do we know of anyone choosing an implant for cosmetic reasons?
I visited with the porn star guy and answered a lot of his questions and he answered mine. It seems big dicks have issues of not being able to stand erect due to weight and ??? issues. Overall he seemed a nice guy but very distressed if it cost him his living which was nice payday. I don't blame him...

Re: Is AMS or Coloplast implanted most?
Each one said they are in the surgery room for all of the implants, and are involved in some of the discussion like size, etc. This is the part I really dislike about this. 1) the sales people are usually nurses, not doctors. 2) The AMS inflatable is available in 6 versions: - 5 -Figure 1-1. AMS Pen...

Re: My pee dribbles and my dick is cold...
3 years, 3 months, 8 days since my first implant. My dick was cold for a long time too. Second implant it was not cold very long. Now it seems to be past that issue. Strap yourself in, your race horse may be getting the feel of the track yet.

Re: AMS Lgx -VS- Titan?
A person has to ask why in all the years men have asked for it, does Boston Scientific not provide larger size implants? Remember, the examples shown are maximum inflated size, not the size of the product in the package which is a skinny worm of a thing in comparison to Coloplast. The test examples ...

Re: AMS Lgx -VS- Titan?
I agree in context to what Dr. Perito said. LostSheep, I think when you add the vacuum pump as Dr. Perito instructed, you can negate the S factor that was more common before the V.E.D. approach to post implant rehabilitation was a factor. V.E.D. post implant is a relatively new doctor suggested appr...

Re: Tip shifted lower
My left tip is at corona level deflated but moves back to even well into the glans when I pump it up. I have no idea why but it still works. Somewhat annoying but not enough for me to call for a revision. I do have a left bend which might have some relationship to it. Cheers.

Re: Long term usage of VED.
I've used a V.E.D. for over 20 years. I do not think any size was gained. In the cylinder you can amaze yourself how much you can stretch it though. It is a useful took to regain losses after surgery but even at that, I've never been able to regain what was lost. My doctor had me on a regimen of pum...

Re: New procedure for curing ED after RP
10 years ago I had a prostatectomy. Researching THEN, I followed the story of a man who went to Alabama and has sural (sp?) nerve grafting at the same time as his prostatectomy. Seemed to go o.k. Not fabulous, but o.k. . He had great problems getting doctors to co-operate doing this but they did. It...
