Re: Trimix rounds 1 and 2

Corp, For a quick trial, you can buy some velcro ties (8" ones) from Home Depot or Lowes or almost any hardware store. That will give you an idea if a cockring might help at a price of $3.00. And they are infinitely adjustable -- that's important so you can adjust up or down in tightness to kee...

Re: muse pellet

I had used it way back after prostatectomy. It worked but in order for it to work had to use the 1000mcg pellet and that did cause a lot of nuisance aching.

The main problem now is the crazy cost for one stick ... even with insurance it can still be very high.

Re: Can Intra-urethral Alprostadil gel be frozen?

Keep, Good to hear that only 100mcg was enough. I have never used less than 200mcg -- and have been trying 300mcg lately. Not sure if it makes a difference or not. But no ache, pretty good E when I used a velcro strap. Cannot use 400mcg as it gives cold shakes -- must be dilating every blood vessel ...

Re: Question about injections(Vision Loss ?? ). Please help

ksn, On losing sight or hearing: that all depends on how well endowed your partner is and how much you bury your face between them. Then you will definitely lose sight and hearing temporarily -- hah hah hah. Same thing if you bury your face between thighs of course... That's about the only way you w...

Re: Muse

LM, I had used MUSE as a first try before injections. It worked mostly OK except for a pretty annoying Alprostadil Ache that happened. With 250mcg you are probably going nowhere but will be a good test to see how far you get and how it feels. The one downsize is that when you use enough MUSE to get ...

Re: Trimix Gel

Are you splooshing that Trimix Gel inside urethra ( with some kind of plastic applicator not a needle) and holding it in or are you coating penis skin? In my old days the trimix gel it was splooshed INSIDE urethra.. Not slathered on. It kinda worked but was as expensive or even more expensive than M...

Re: Tiny bottles of trimix, and swapping needles between filling and injecting

The problem with the tiny vials (or any size vial really) is when you get near the final last drops you have to do lots of precise positioning of the needle inside the bottle. Jockeying the needle just so to hoover up the tiny last amount sitting against the rubber plug. With a 5 or 10 ml vial you h...

Re: What is PAP

Maybe Papaverine?

Not sure what the 1/16 would mean ? Unless it is 1mg phentolamine and 16 mg Papaverine.( per ml of water). In which case it is a half-strength version of BiMix.

Best to just ask your doc or pharmacist .. over the phone.

Also to quell any fears of broken needles. It takes a good 15 full back and forth bends to break off a needle. I know because I tried doing it with pliers once. That metal is tough and not brittle. Good design!

Re: Better Cock Rings, Better Placement

Rondad said: You can experiment with rubber bands or velcro. I'd suggest trying to add some pressure to the dorsal vein area - maybe glue a ball bearing to some velco - to see if you have success. Then you can invest in a high quality ring like the ones from from allknight. That's a good idea to add...
