I have the LGX and at 3 months after surgery it hangs at about 5 o'clock when flaccid. Temperature comes into it for me and on cold days it all changes. Now it's feet up for a while, rest when you need to, pain meds as prescribed, take each day as it comes.

Same here tough to inflate to start and the discomfort always got the best of me - tried the two hand grip as well.

Like Dave suggested (he gave me the same advice I believe) a warm soak helps. Keep at it and all of a sudden it will give and you'll be away.

I was back to driving within 5 days.. I have a manual gear change (stick-shift I think you call it). Although driving was no problem just be careful getting in and out, most of my discomfort came from my scrotum touching the edge of the seat as I got in and out!!
