Re: Exercise after an implant?
I was similar to you, in fact after prostate surgery my exercise increased - swimming, hiking, gym and running.
Within about 4 weeks of implant surgery I was back walking regularly, 8 or so weeks I was also swimming and within about 12/14 weeks I was back to my old exercise regime.

Re: AMS Deflate - Hold or Release ???
I deflate more or less the same as David_R - push and hold deflate button until buzzing stops, approx. 7 seconds then squeeze the shaft to deflate all the way.

Now I cycle 4 to 5 times a week depending on time. Given the circumstance I am really happy with my implant and woul...

Pulled Muscle - not the one you're thinking!
The other day I did something to my neck, pulled a muscle and/or trapped nerve. Not too painful but it has gone down my right arm to the muscle in my forearm. Even though I am left handed I squeeze the pump for my implant with my right hand - the only thing I do right handed - and it is making infla...
