I'm 2+ weeks with a Titan 22cm and at this point guess I've lost a little under 1/2 inch but I have not maxed out the pumping and have a lot of work ahead still with inflation practice. The erections looks great, veins still bulge, etc, so it would look very normal, and compares well to my earlier erections. The head is not as swollen as before but this may come as I pump more and get really turned on. Too early to tell.

Flaccid girth is definitely bigger, erect I'd say about the same as before, certainly not smaller.

This is fantastic news! I’m so happy for you. Hopefully you have 10-15 years of no nonsense erections ahead of you!!! Then a visit to the surgeons, wham bam thank you man, back it at it again.
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.

That's what I'm banking on, so thanks. And believe me I hear you when you feel pill dependent and despondent. I took pills for about 15 years. They worked wonders for a long time but then started being less effective, and the inconsistency and fear-factor was making me crazy. Was really hard being in a sexual relationship and never knowing what to expect. Sometimes rock hard and powerful, other times floppy noodle. Implant was a huge decision.
