Yes, the double pouch version is great for post-implant.

My implant day is April 5. Which model is the "double pouch"?. I looked on Amazon and there are many to choose from.

In Firefox at least, and maybe other browsers as well (I haven't tried them), you can right-click on any link and create a bookmark.

...and found them too tight for the early days while you're partially inflated.

Those double pouched posted above look more roomy. I would give those a shot.

I'm getting a pack of the David Archy micro modal separate pouch trunks as they were recommended by ThePlumber.

However, I also like the micro modal low rise briefs as they look comfortable. They are described as having some extra room in the crotch area. Opinions?

I just put on my separate pouch trunks on for the first time and I've died and gone to heaven!
These are going to make work so much more bearable.

They are nearly as soft as silk, provide wonderful support and gives your dick plenty of room to stretch out.

I would recommend these to anyone looking for pre activation underwear.

I have not yet tried David Archy underwear. Can someone tell me does the double pouch hold your shaft down or push it forward?
