I was asked to do an implant journal. So here goes. Implanted Friday morning with AMS 700 LGX. 21 cm not sure of RTE. via infrapubic incision. My wife spoke with the surgeon after as I took longer to come out of anesthesia. I was given the choice To go home with a catheter for three days or stay over night to get it out in the morning. I chose to stay. Pretty sore since then but each day getting better.

Balls are pretty bruised and swollen and some pain on left nut where the pump os near.

Let me be the first to welcome you to the Bionic Brotherhood!
You and I are twins so we need to look after each other. We seem to be healing closely as well.
Sore, but getting better everyday. Baseball balls
Hope you're doing well my friend, everyday is going to get back better now.

Can you feel the pump yet? Where is it located?
Also who was your surgeon? Could you update your signature when you get the chance?

It may be too soon but my dr said to try and pull down on the pump as soon as I can. I try to grab it but it’s too high and slippery. Does it get easier when the swelling is gone?

It is very easy when the swelling is gone. You should try to gently push it down with both hands if need be... it's very important that you get that pump down. :)

Day 5. Pain was almost nonexistent yesterday so I decided to get out of the house and grab a bite to eat. Put on some jeans and quickly removed them and opted for sweatpants. Sitting was hard but not impossible. After I got home and still this morning I am having quick bursts of sharp pain all over the area when I move. I assume that is because the swelling is going away and everything is fighting for space. My balls are especially angry about their new roommate. No fever or oozing so not thinking infection.

Hey there buddy.
Glad to hear you're healing right on schedule.
I stopped taking pain meds on Monday and haven't needed them since.
I'm also at the point where I can run short errands and what not.
Are you icing your balls?
Where is your pump located? Have got adventurous enough to explore down there?
Other than the pump being heavier and harder than his roommates he feels right at home.
Thanks for the update!
