My advice is keep pumping with a VED prior to surgery. I was using a VEDfor sex for 2 years prior to my implant. I lost nothing. Highly recommended. Please PM anytime.

D day! In hospital with antibiotic drip for 3 hours then in!!
Think I should be more afraid than I am but so far no surprises and the pain and shame will be worth it I believe...
