There are sneaky devils in here too that have modified their pant pocket to be able to operate the pump discretely.
I finally recently had sex twice for the first time since my implant. My pump makes a similar soft squeeching as other guys describe.
I'm highly conscious about not wanting anyone to know I have an implant unless it's someone special. I did as others have recommended and it worked like a charm: get naked, some foreplay, excuse myself to the bathroom, pump up half way, keep playing and discretely pump a few more times (the noise isn't so noticeable, if you just do it once or twice), and then boom...off you go.
