Pump attached to testicle?

Postby jackhammerdreamz » Fri Feb 16, 2018 3:43 am

I wrote about this in my last journal entry but was curious enough to write this separate thread lol.

I think my pump is attached to my right testicle. I think my pump and release valve will still work fine.

Some posts I read say that hot baths helped loosen the attachment. Does that help it come all the way off?
Can you yank the pump off the test? (ow!)

To a bigger curiosity, could they just open up the scrotum and disconnect the tissue?
Do they have to do an actual "full revision"

When I had my vasectomy they made an incision about the size of this one and I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Hell I wouldn't mind if they took out the right teste all together.. More room for the pump!
It's not like I need it anyway I've got a perfectly good left nut. lol

Make sure you ask your Dr about it nect week. My dr built a pouch "an elevator shaft" so my pump could move up and down as needed. If you look at my post of my xray they did for my hip you will see 2 staples that keep the tubing in place

My pump attached itself to the sac wall from what I've heard it isn't uncommon but in time it will release itself
Ask the doc next week to confirm

Thanks for the replies guys! I was overly worried last night.
I think when I started sleeping on my side my pump started resting on my nuts and I'd only been tugging on the pump about once a day after work
(hard to play with your balls at work lmaoooo)

As always, this place is a great way to help qualm worries/fears that knock around in our heads when dealing with this very new change in our lives.

You're really the best!!!

That sounds like I could have posted it! I’m having the same concerns. The pump and right testical seem to be stuck together. The skin on Scrotum is thicker in that area and makes it hard to identify the components of the pump. Please let us know what the Doc says.

I'm only 12 days into my new implant and have the same concern for my left testicle. My right one is free but I have trouble disguising the pump from my left one. Hurst when I lie on my side.
Suffered with ED for most of my life. Viagra then to Trimix then implanted 3/8/2018 with AMX 700 CX 21cm with 1cm RTE. 50 years old Urolift procedure performed 30 day prior to my implant surgery.

When I went in the nurse was able to decipher there was no adherence of scrote or testicle to the pump.
If you're concerned I'd say go in for a checkup.

You're still early in the healing so there will be some discomfort still.

My pump attached to my sack. There was a visible dimple in the skin and it felt like it was pulling. I took warm baths and pulled gently from the pump. After some time it felt less and less attached. Then one day i just noticed it was free. It actually took a few months to totally detach from the skin. Once your scar is healed baths really cant hurt. Check with your doctor always but in time it will release. Hope this helps !

I have this problem too, although I am only seven days after the op now. It seems to be attached to my left testicle whereas I expected it to hang in the middle in between my nuts, especially since at my pre surgery consultation the surgeon said that I had a big low hanging sack with plenty of room for the pump.

Anyway I am seeing him tomorrow for a post op check up and will raise it with him then.

Cheers
