Wow! Sorry to hear about your results. I can see why you are pissed when you didn’t request it and wasn’t aware your doc was going to do it. I am very pleased. My sac did not change in size and I can’t even find the scar anymore after almost five months.

To remove my webbing the only skin removed was on my shaft. It sounds like your web must have been cut away all the way down onto your sac and then everything was pulled up to stitch shut. In my case the technique may have even helped my sac size, but it is difficult to tell with the third nut taking up space.

Lesson to be learned: don’t get blinded by the glitter, and select a capable honest surgeon!

I am so sorry about what happened to you. The fact that you had no webbing AND the surgeon decided to remove skin unnecessarily AND did it incorrectly all are very troubling. I can see why you are mad about it.

My surgeon said the Scrotplasty would be easy and provide a great result. I trusted him as I did with my implant and he delivered. Now I feel even more fortunate mine went well. My only issue with my sac is a primary care physician about 10 years ago who unnecessarily prescribed Androgel for Low-T. I didn’t have that issue, but he said it may help my erection troubles. All it did was shrink my plum sized balls to the size of grapes so my pump isn’t as concealed as it is with guys whose balls are larger or hang lower.

My surgeon made the incision along a natural line in my scrotum and was minimal from the start but is now pretty much gone. I will try to add a photo soon. My wife and I at traveling and it’s not easy at the moment.

Here are my photos showing why I wanted the Scrotal Webbing removed during my implant surgery and the result. Since my balls shrank from Androgel and my sac tightened up it has gotten wrinkly looking, unlike the smooth look it had most of my life. But the point is, my doc did a great job removing the web and I don't have any significant scar. I am very happy with my result and would do it again. That said, I totally understand why The Plumber is upset in his case where he did not have the webbing problem like I did and his doctor unnecessarily performed the surgery and did not do it well.

Wow, I don't even remember when I had my surgery now.I think it was June of 2015. I had the web removed and am fine with it. I lost almost 2 inches of length so anything to give the appearance of increased length was welcome. I have never had "low hangers" so for me, it wasn't a big deal.
