Any similar concern in the beginning?

That's where those little packets of mayonnaise from fast food restaurants come in handy......grab a handful of them.......when you're in bed or on the couch with your partner, stash two under the pillow.....with your bionic cock, ram her (or him) heavily while screaming "OH GOD OH GOD".....this will divert their attention so that you can grab 2 packets and bring them down to the croth region.....now this is the tricky part and may take some practice.......as you yell out "I'M GONNA CUM".....withdraw your dick and similtaneously squeeze the packets.....they will think that you blew a load all over them......the only thing that you have to be careful of is that you didn't take any ketchup packets with the mayonnaise.....if you do that, you end up with thousand island dressing......

Amen, Tangerine.

The "curing of the man's E.D. sometimes produces a "turnabout" (see my thread of that name).

I am figuring out how to change the character of the sexual act (in my mind). When I was young, sex was an act of reverence for my lover. With E.D. it became a stressor ad well as work with a performance requirement. Now, it can be simple play, joyful and carefree (as long as my partner, as Tangerine points out does not take on the requirement of a squirting earth-shaking orgasm in order to qualify as successful sex).

Intimacy, joy and play, to achieve the union of souls, with or without erection, penetration, orgasm (male or female) is the goal, isn't it. Or maybe just a good meeting of the bodies. There ain' no one keepin' score.

Or, maybe I am still too serious. Sex for the pure joy of it. Have you ever seen a horse run full-tiot just for the pure mindless joy of the exhileration?

Let loose of your fears, Vagabond. You've got the girl, now go out and play as soon as you have the tools. Your E.D. will soon have no claim on your happiness. It never did, except what you chose to give it.

I haven't yet had sex with my implant but soon as my revision heals I plan to try it out. I can say that I have not had ejaculation problems when jerking off since implanted. Before when I used to take cialis and other pills, I had a lot of trouble reaching orgasm. The 'inhibitor' part did it's job too well. But the implant seems to have cured that, at least when solo.

Hass anyone been 100% upfront for the first encounter and explained that you are a bit rusty? Haven't had sex in a while and am attempting to break in a new implant?

You'll notice the closer and closer my surgery comes (April/May) the more neurotic I am becoming.

Absolutely, yes. I recommend it as a treatment for your neurosis.

My girlfriend knew 100% even before we meet. I was upfront in an ad asking for a "lab partner" to help me with the implant (with intimacy and sex both before and after the operation).

She understood my E.D. before the implant, having been married before to a man with E.D. (who was in denial about the existence of any problem). She is equally understanding of the unexpected bumps in the road she and I are experiencing. This is partly due to the female of the species having a predisposition to take care of her man's feelings, partly due to her own kind personality and partly due to the fact that I HAVE BEEN completely up front with her. (Of course, her former husband's refusal to be candid make me SHINE by comparison.) My candor with her has encouraged her candor with me and the communication and trust thus enabled has made our relationship (both in sex and in all other ways)

She is wonderful, and wonderful to me.

L.S.

Remember, women are chromosomally programmed to take care of 1) their children, 2) their home and 3) their man. While you may not be at the top of the list, be content that you ALWAYS rank in the top five.

Having successfully avoided the institution of marriage for 6 decades, I now feel qualified to give marital advice on any aspect of the subject.

The same as what I get charged for the education I receive when my conceptions are challenged and misunderstandings corrected.

I learn as much from your questions as you do from my answers/thoughts/musings.

I thank you (all)for that.
