I think my question may have been confusing. Basically...will you gain any of your atrophy loss after the surgery?

Vagabond,
It has been known to happen. Anything is possible. Nothing is guaranteed. Trust God for the outcome. Our prayers are with you.

I'm not a doctor, so you'd need to have an open discussion with your surgeon on that. But according to my discussion with my surgeon and the information I read here that; it would depend on the cause of the loss of length. If the loss is length is related to an extensive scar tissue (the surgeon won't know until all is cur open) or bad peyronie, then it might be irreversible. If the loss is related to the surgery itself, then by aggressive cycling, you should get back the lost length/girth and more.

Good luck brother
Matt
