Way to go Hugh. Now for the physical therapy. Work hard to continue the good results

Not grease. Water-based lubricant ( although some people have posted that coconut oil works very well, too and doe not evaporate away).

Not sure whatto use on your knees.

Hips some have used WD40 i just had to put some humor in the sitation. Nerves reconnecting are not exclusive to ourdicks. Just had one reconnect and it woke me up

don't laugh, I have heard that some arthritics have used WD40 and it eases the pain...:)

I seen tnose videos also. Just dont use it on pvc pipe. Starting to put weight on my hip
