I updated the double-handed method of pumping to include using the fourth finger of each hand to hold the pump while you're double-handed pumping it with the thumbs and forefingers. This makes it next to impossible to lose grip.

LGX_man, many thanks for the info. Looking forward to "putting the theory into practice" in a few weeks after clearance from the Dr. Only been 2 weeks since my implant.
