They are the bending point of the cylinders when they are deflated. Just think about a garden hose: when it is pressurized it is stiff and rounded; once it gets depressurized, and you hold it a few inches from the end, it will flatten, bent and create at that exact place two protuberances. Those are the dog ears.

I have them with my LGX. Just never knew they had a name. ;)

BTY, at least for me at the beginning on every single one of my 4 implants, they were extremely uncomfortable. But with time you get used to them. Maybe it is because the cylinders get more pliable with time, but at the beginning they are (excuse my French) a bitch... :?

If you're concerned with flaccid, get the AMS; if you're OK with semi-erect, Titan will do.

So how did you handle this while waiting for more flexibility? Seems like I'd have to wear a jockstrap over my jockeys to not show through the jeans. And going back to the gym in this condition is impossible.

Another question, how do you confirm that the Titan is really in it's most flaccid state and not needing more deflation? I can squeeze down to the point of what feels like just the cylinders, but it slowly gets plumper again.

Good question. Those with a titan will already know deflated doesn't feel full t deflated unless missing a trick. Thoughts.

I get my stitches removed tomorrow at day +14. I made an appointment at urgent care with a male physician's assistant just because that feels more comfortable. But I'm still going to be embarrassed by the semi-erect state of my flaccid when I see the PA. And I can't use the gym locker room in this condition.

Any tips for getting to a softer flaccid state with the Titan? Maybe use a jock strap with penis pointed down instead of up for awhile? Not really complaining but this is a concern.

I'm also wondering about this. I squeeze it flat using both hands but I really don't know how low it can go. It always seems semi-erect even when flaccid.
