First off, I want to thank everyone on here who has been so helpful in answering my questions. Even at 4 weeks this is still a wild ride.

It's amazing the difference 4-weeks make. I didn't have time to cycle last night so I got up early this morning and took a hot bath and pumped it up over 40 times (I lost count). I measured and am now 6.25" which is pretty close to what I was before. That's exactly what the surgeon told me I'd be.

The bath is probably optional at this point but I find it loosens my scrotum and makes it a lot easier to inflate and, especially, deflate. At the risk of too much information, I jerked off in there without pain at all. It was amazing to not need any porn or intensive stimulus. I could just lie back and enjoy an erection that wasn't going anywhere.

Deflating is still a bitch. I know it will get easier, but it's still a two handed awkward process. I have to stand up to do it and bascially attack my scrotum. Hurts like bejesus but gets there in the end.

My pump still sticks out too far but I'm hopeful it will keep settling in. My shaft is also mellowing out. I've read a lot about Titans here. It's still pretty full looking (5" and thick as hell now when flaccid). It also takes a bunch of 'rearranging' to get it in the right position, but it doesn't look nearly as erect anymore as it was. I have dog ears but not so bad, and I'm squeezing them a lot to try to soften them up.

Overall, I'm feeling very good about taking the leap. Still not ready to publicly debut it, but getting closer.

Three photos enclosed for those interested (flaccid, showing the pump, and inflated).

Glad thing are improving.... :D

In that aspect (deflation button), AMP pump is easier. Have had both and once mastered, after pressing it for 3-4 seconds, no worries. I have now the Touch one, and still getting used to it.

Revision Surgery now over

Postby RecentImplant » Sun Feb 04, 2018 7:48 pm

So it's been a while since I've posted an update. As expected I decided to back in and have my pump repositioned two days ago. I just couldn't accept how much I noticed it, both feeling-wise and visually.

The first thing I have to say is what a difference surgery-wise. I had no pain once I got home. No pain meds at all (I went under general anesthesia because I don't like the idea of spinal tap). Took a couple aleve but that's it after 2.5 days. I had a catheter in but took it out the second night. Very little swelling too. It apparently was a very complicated procedure and involved shortening the tubes and finding a place for the pump. That part is very unfortunate because of longevity issues but it was a trade-off I am willing to take. It is now positioned sideways. I suspect it will harder to pump and deflate than before, but I'm hoping that it isn't too difficult. I won't try for a few days.

Fingers crossed.

A FEW DAYS??? You need to wait until the sutures come out.

Thanks gents. Actually you're right, Larry. The doc told me not to pump until stitches come out next week. But the funny thing is with the original implant in November he had me inflate it and deflate just a few days after surgery, sutures and all. But this time he said wait. Who knows.

SInce someone asked, here are a couple photos from today. It's definitely aching after pumping about 35 times. Hot baths definitely still help, and I'll need 2 Aleve for bed. Size-wise, I measured 6 and change today and girly 5.25, so it's stretching since first inflation. Time to deflate. It's starting to get really uncomfortable.

Great looking dick, ah, to be in my 40's again!
