10 months post op......continued improvement in sensation.....did lose some......sometimes ejaculate inside my GF sometimes I need to finish by hand but mostly because I pump her for over an hour at a time....and that my son will decrease sensitivity.... at the cost of being the provider of multi, multi orgasm for her......which these days gives me as much pleasure as shooting my load.

P.S Do you mean constriction as in squeezing the PC muscle and making your cock jump up and down? If that is the question then for me it's YES.... more than at any time since I was probably 45.
I can't be sure but I think it's because of the RTE's...they are obviously very stiff and straight and pushed back into the crus......when I squeeze I can make my dick bob up and down quite a lot.....and it feels good. Hope this helps

I don't know if I can describe this very well, but here goes. When I had strong natural erections, I flexed and constricted my penis to keep it hard and doing it also provided great sensations. As ED took over and my erections were weaker,I was less able to do that and sensations decreased dramatically.

I had my implant surgery a little over nine weeks ago. At this point I am doing Kegel exercises, but am not able to flex my penis, yet doing the Kegels feels good and I am sure is building strength that may enable flexing at some point.

I am no longer able to ejaculate after having Prostate Cancer and a Prostatectomy, but I will tell you that my sensations have increased dramatically. Whether making love with my wife or masturbating, my feelings at age 61 are as intense as they were as a teenager. I find the sensations strongest when I am about 60% pumped. That makes my penis hard enough to penetrate my wife and comfortable for her. When jacking, I have a good stiff shaft to slide my hand up and down on, but the skin is loose enough it moves as I thrust and feels fantastic.

Even maxed out I still have some loose skin. Wife can not take maxed out yet.

For me the only change in ejaculation is a slower and steadier build to the point of no return, and then the ability to delay ejaculating for 15 or so seconds after passing the PONR. Prior to implant, that was 5 seconds. Not as intense, but much longer. Not a bad thing, just different.

Everything for me is much better but tested only from masterbation. I hope be good to go in a couple of weeks. Since I had a BMT for leukemia sex has been very limited. Chemo Brain and Sex. An Penile Implant is the only real solution. Every 5 yrs I go to a patient reunion at the Fred Hutch and the have a class that is SEX store resourced and not urology.
