Feeling the pointed cylinder tips? will it go away?

I could feel the pointed cylinder tips and my lady could feel them when I'm inside her too depending on the position. A question to the experienced gentlemen with implants, will this ever go away? Will scar tissue grow and cover those pointed tips?
Thank you
Matt

How far into your glans do the tips go? From the Corona to the Meatus, do the tips reach past half way or past 2/3 of the way? AMS CX, AMS LGX or Coloplast? I am not sure it makes a difference, but it might help for us to know.

As I understand it, less is not optimal, more is not optimal and may even be dangerous.

The tips go deep into the glans, at least two thirds, may be even more. They are just quite hard and my wife feel those tips.

When was the last time your surgeon examined you? I would ask this question of him immediately. Too much pressure on the tissue between the tips of the implant and the tip of your penis may compress those tissues and limit healthy blood flow. This may lead to tissue death and/or erosion of the tips through the skin or tissue.

The above is alarmist and the worst case scenario, so do not be TOO much worried.

Since it has been over a month since your implantation, my dire scenarios may be unlikely, but do bear investigation by your surgeon, I think

Does your wife feel the tips are uncomfortable during sex? Just curious.

If the distal tips can be felt, it can be very well atrophy in the overlaying region of the glans penis. It is mainly caused during the dilation process, which is done beyond the point it should have been performed. As Lost Sheep explained, it is something that you have to have your surgeon examined because it can create other issues further along the road.

I am sharing this with you since I had the very same problem, which in my case was created during the previous surgery, but fully corrected by Dr. Eid during my last revision using a regenerative tissue material. In less than a week, I stopped feeling the discomfort it created, and also eliminated the deformation of the glans penis it created whenever I fully inflated the prosthesis.

So, my advice is to get examined by your surgeon to pin point the root cause.

Good luck, sir!

Thank you gentlemen. I'll book an appointment and see what happens.
I do not have an discomfort or pain on the glans, it is the tips bothering my wife, so I'll see what the surgeon say.

LostSheap, depending on the position, yes, the tips bother her if fully inflated. Need to deflate to 80% .

When you are examined, would you please let us all know what he said? This could be a huge learning tool. :)

I can feel the tips in my glans but my wife has never complained about it. They don't seem to be a bother to me either. I am not even aware of those tips most of the time.

I only feel the tips in my head or glans when I'm flaccid. During an erection my head swells and the tips cannot be felt.
