I completely agree. (And even before the E.D. that was caused by my prostatectomy in 2000, even aroused I couldn't get as hard as I used to because of (1) age and (2) heart condition. So I am a happy guy now!)

Can orgasm most of the time with masturbation, but it is difficult. Didn't necessarily need an expensive implant for that however....
