How about running? Are there any runners?

I can't see running being an issue. Although admittedly, I'm still a little too sore to go for a run.

Put "running" in the search box. Many posts on running with an implant.

WEEK 5
I had casual sex last night and this morning. She had no idea I had an implant. Last night, I could tell we were about to have sex. She excused herself to the bathroom. So I pumped up fully in my bed. When she climbed in, I initially kept a little distance so she couldn't tell I had a raging hard on. Once we started foreplay, I rubbed it against her. While in missionary, I pulled out to cum on her pussy. I immediately deflated then without her knowing. In the morning, I went into the bathroom to pee. I decided to pump and go for round two. During both these sessions, she performed oral briefly. I did tell her prior to us having sex that I don't like my balls played with, so she never touched my balls. I still have pain in the tips when fully pumped, so I only pumped up maybe 90%. We tried multiple positions. There were times it was uncomfortable, but never really painful, except when she got on top. When she was on top, it was painful. Most of the discomfort/pain is located in the perineal area. Overall I am very happy with my first bionic sexual experience. She had no idea, and I t was absolutely wonderful to keep a raging hard on without worry.

That's the area between rectum and scrotum, right? What do you think might cause the discomfort, is that where the RTE's or tubing are located?
Just curious as I would not have expected pain there.

Great report otherwise!

I wasn't sure how to describe the area, but it was definitely not in the shaft or scrotum. It was more internal. I assume it is from the rear tips (I don't have rear tip extenders). I have read other guys have had similar pain/discomfort that subsided over time as scar tissue is built up. I'm only 5 weeks out from surgery, so I think it was completely normal. It definitely didn't stop me from having a good time! :)

Great success story. Can I ask a couple of questions if I may:
- Did you've any issues penetrating? Were the glans soft?
- How did the blow-job go? were the glans any issue? did it hurt?

Thank you

Congratulations Dusty. I hope that pain goes away, but you must be ecstatic about having sex and going undetected. I am so happy for you.

Medhatg,
No issues penetrating. The cylinder tips seem to be perfectly positioned behind my glans. When pumped and unaroused my glans are not noticeably soft. However when pumped and aroused my glans are noticeably larger (especially during orgasm). Blow job was great. She literally had no idea, and it felt amazing to me. Admittedly when PDE5 inhibitors consistently worked years ago, the experience was slightly better. However they don't work anymore with any consistency. So I am very happy to have my implant.

Greg,
Thank you! I'm sure the pain will go away in time. I'm sure you will be having sex again before you know it!

I just realized that I’m at 5 weeks, not 6. Posts have been edited. I guess time flies when you’re having fun :)
