If the stretching is not permanent, then what is the point.
And, if your 'temporary' stretching gives a false measurement when you get surgery, and you get too much length... then what?
Either your penis will stretch... or the glands will get injured.

My understanding though is that PE is permanent.
At least 75%. That is a guess.
So if you gained an inch, then 3/4 is permanent.

Again, I'm no expert and only speak from my experience using an X4.

The doc who did my prostatectomy said to do it; when I talked to Kramer he said to stop since I only had about three weeks till my implant. I stopped on his advice, and because I was headed on vacation for two weeks and didn't want to pack up the gear, or spend the time pumping.
Some implant doc's say yes, some say no. Intuitively, I have to think it would help, especially in the case of RP, and especially if it's going to be some time before an implant. What seems to be agreed by all is that a penis without erections will shrink over time.

Doctor Hakky had me pump one last time the morning of the erection and have my wife mark the length in the Vacuum tube with a sharpie. He took it from her when we got to the surgery center. That said, always do what your doctor tell you. If he doesn't want you to, don't do it. There a lot of different combination to have a implant. Almost al have success.

I made another more detailed post but it went to who knows where. I'll just try to links this time. Both support using a VED:

All good information.
It seems most support this process at least up until some point.
Some all the way up to Implant surgery, and some up to a point, to allow some healing.
But I do agree.. if there is no means to cause an erection (injections, etc.) then some method of PE should be done to retain or increase length.
And always best to follow docs instructions :)

I´ve been searching info like this, thank you guys!

I´m suffering from this bullshit called ED; I injured myself by jelquing, not on purpose of course, but, what´s done it´s done.

So, since I want to get an implant at some point in my life (hope 30), I started to thinking the same way that Liber.tine and the rest of you.

Would you recomend me some particular extender?

Greetings!

PD: sorry for the grammar mistakes, hope you get the idea.
