I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Below are 8 1/2 weeks post-op pics. I must say I'm very pleased with the results. Flaccid it is 4in and since I was a grower that is a big plus. I had to experiment with my underwear and ended up settling with using the same style briefs that I've always had, only one size bigger now. Originally I thought boxers might be better, but my penis would end up rubbing too much as it tended to move around. Erect it is 5 1/4 inches and that is little less than pre-op size of about 6. I think that might start improving, especially since my pubic pad swelling seems to have started to retreat. Girth is almost the same and I believe it is getting bigger. Even if I don't gain anymore, I certainly would not be disappointed in the least. Bottom line is after years of not being able to have sex with my wife, we finally did it at the end of 2017 and it was wonderful to be inside her and make her climax! Looking forward to making her climax over and over in the new year and beyond. Oh yeah and me too! Thanks to everyone on this board for your information and insight which helped me make this very important decision.

Mike we have the same just differant pump. My girth is around 5.5 to 5.75. The Titan is not suppose to do legnth but some have reported increase after a year or more. I still get discomfort when I max out
