The Implant - Would You Do It Again?
I would like to hear from everyone out there that has had a three-piece implant. All things considered, was it worth having the penile implant done. Simple yes or no - then comments if you like.

No, but my situation is somewhat unusual (see my signature line below).
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

Oh yeah, man! My wife and I love my having an implant. Love it!

Yes. Without reservation. My sex life is better than it has ever been. The implant even allows sex in different techniques due to its ability to stay hard indefinitely.

PS: there are several scientific papers which document, from patient surveys, that over 90% of implanted males would recommend the procedure to a friend and also would do it again. Patners also agree with over 90% "do it again" It is perhaps the most satisfied group of patients there are in medicine.

75 years old, Severe ED since Robotic Prostatectomy in 2010. Titan implanted 2014 by Dr Milam. Titan failed (tubing leak near cylinder) May 2017. Revision by Dr. Kramer on 7/26/17. Replaced cylinders and pump - upsized to 22 cm Titan, 1 cm RTE.
