Michael,
You have an AMS. Stretching will bring positive results. Hang in there my brother.

Squeezing the bulb, pulling the head, spending an hour, I've got a pretty good ache. I don't know if it is wishful thinking (wishful measuring?) but it looked like 3.75 inches when I'd had enough. It's hard to be exact when measuring since I'm using a small tape measure and a lot depends on how much I push the end into my body. I wonder if a ruler would be better, with its wide base? It would still push into the body. But I don't think I can push it in half an inch or more. Before I started, it was somewhere between 3 and 3.25 inches; I've been pushing the bulb hard for 4 days now. It's weird that every once in a while, I get a very easy squeeze. I thought maybe I'd broken it or that it was going backward into the reservoir. It wasn't like the easy squeeze immediately followed some pain, like I had broken through scar tissue or anything. I guess I'll just keep up this regimen until I get to an unmistakable length, like 4.5 inches. Starting from 3 inches, there's no way that length could be a measuring mistake. I released the fluid about 15 minutes ago and it still aches. To me that means I'm actually doing something...

A ruler would be better you push to the bone. Congrats on seeing progress. I think the AMS will let you get a few more pumps after being pumped for awhile. Maybe tge AMS guys will answer

My implant was on May 16, 2017 and I started this posting saying "3 inches and no change". It's now November 6, 2017, so almost 5 months. After talking to the AMS Patient Liaison, who said "we don't sell 3" implants" and said "you have at least 11 cm, plus the 2 cm of your penis tip beyond the tip of the implant, so you have at least 13 cm, and the LGX model you had implanted can stretch 20%". So I may get some more, but for the last several weeks of daily work, I have stopped seeing any increase, and my penis is now just below 13 cm, or just less than 5 inches. It may not sound like much, but it is WAY better than 3 inches. I'll keep working but it is no longer pain or aching that stops me but the fact that I cannot squeeze the bulb any more, even with both hands.

Congratulations! Two inches of growth is a big deal for guys like us who are starting from where we have.
I'm just getting up near the 5" mark. Hope to get back to 5-1/2+", where I started before the prostatectomy.

After regular and sustained inflating I reached my original (meaning pre-prostatectomy) length. If the doctor does it right -- like mine did -- this can and probably will happen to you too, brothers! :D
