Pump location

Postby sliphill » Wed Jun 21, 2017 3:43 pm

The pump is located on right side of my sack tight and high. Will it drop down lower in time. I'm afraid to mess with just yet. I'm on day 12. I see the doctor tomorrow and will ask him about it. My sack is a little crowded on the right side.

Dude,
With those RTEs it should drop lower as swelling goes away. Mine did. It was high at first and Dr. told me to gently pull it down. It didn't take long to drop to the bottom of my sack.

The doctor also told me to pull it down while showering. I would allow the hot water right on my scrotum. I don't recall it being painful at all.

Ok, good to know. Saw the doctor today. He removed the rest of the Staples, and said it looks great. He said the pump is in a good location. He said come back to see him in 4 weeks to activate it, and we'll have a little party. :) You're right Donnie, its getting better and better as time goes by. But he did tell me to try to keep it pointed down or up. It has a leftward slant.

My pump is in a great location. Its center behind my nuts. My surgeon tacked it with a few stitches. On the plus side i dont have to pull it down to position but the negative is theses stitches have yet to desolve and there is some pulling which can be uncomfortable. Additionally, playing around with the pump & deflate button irritates my sack cause its always in the same place. Either way, healing fine just past 4 weeks.

Yeah, I think I would have preferred it in that location, but it is where it is. Been playing around with it more. Theres something that feels like a marble or something. Don't know what it could be. Good to hear youre healing up good Bandit. I'm 13 days now and feel pretty good.

Ed and Bandit,
Glad all is well. Take it easy and keep healing. "Sometimes it feels like a nut. Sometimes it don't"
