Accidental deflation

Postby sliphill » Sun Jun 18, 2017 3:37 pm

So my doctor left the implant slightly inflated, but it seems to me that it's not as inflated as it was when they unwrapped me at hospital. Now maybe this is because of the swelling going down and it just appears that way, but I wonder to if I have not inadvertently hit the deflate button. Anyways I'm see my doctor again this Friday. I'll ask him about it then.

Probably just the swelling Ed. Same happened to me as some time passed. I don't think you can inadvertently deflate. I actual questioned whether or not mine deflated when i slept on my side and my legs were together. Wouldnt worry about it !

Donnie, I haven't even tried fooling with the pump yet. Just thought that sleeping with pillow between my legs I might have activated the deflate button. Day 9 is best day so far. The right side of my sack is not sore today!

Based on my experience, accidental deflation is extremely difficult to achieve. Your experience is more plausible to be due to the decrease of inflammation.

On my first implant, I experienced auto deflation, but it was due to a defective pump mechanism, and it mostly was manifested during high pressure situation, such as trying to inflate the cylinders to above 50-60% of its capacity. The other possible cause is some kind of leakage. Both are extremely rare at the early healing process you are.

Right? My doctor said I'll see you in four weeks and we'll pump it up. I know it's easier said than done, but there's no use worrying about something that you can't answer. And by this i mean the real obsessive and worriers.

I wonder how Richard the Lion's implant ended up.

Are you referring to Richard the Frog? If you are referring to him, I also wonder about how he is doing. He disappeared from the forum as soon as there was a consistent complains about his surgery outcome. Very intriguing situation...

I never did find the little bustard before they took it out and I was actively searching for it.
