Firstly I wish to say thank you to all on this forum that provide for insight and an opportunity to feel reassured by others experiences pre-op however, I am writing because post-op seems to be certainly "case-by-case" basis.

I am deeply honored by the care and love of craft by Dr. Kramer! Here is my video for anyone wishing to see. https://youtu.be/ZtiFC6lHdu4 I could not have imagined a better surgeon, available whenever and however by personal cell, etc.

I have a few questions still and wanted to bounce them off you guys. I have little to no swelling anymore due to a barrage of icing every two hours for 15 mins in front of the sack and rear of the sack. 48hrs only on pain meds (oxy) 24hrs of Aleve, no meds since mid Sat.

I called Dr Kramer because I felt a strong "pinching nerve" from the left of shaft from base to below head at about 4:30 (as a clock dial) or south-east (as a flag pole), it does not occur all the time but when it does it hurts like the worse "pinching" you could fathom. Dr. Kramer thinks it could be tubing to reservoir or something related to placement of. Second is a weak urine stream still and wanted to also hear feedback on experiences of flow.

Thanks in advance!

I would imagine yes, I have not been cleared for cycling yet.

I have been married 23 years.

We were intimate the night before surgery

You are doing great. I don't know about the pain at 4:30, but it seems likely that the reservoir tubing is rubbing a nerve or similar. I think it's likely that it will settle in and subside. My reservoir caused some pain and discomfort for the first 3 weeks. I don't even think about it now.

Shooter1000,

Seen your video before I had mine, looks like he was very pleased with your anatomy with 1000 shots.. congrats on your implant! Funny thing is i dont hurt from the reservoir; just that pinch from hell that runs from base to almost head.. He said things should settle too.. thanks for reply.

And urine flow?

It took a couple of days for my urine flow to get back to normal. Swelling from the catheter is the likely cause. I wouldn't worry about it if you can fully empty your bladder. I had bloody flow for about ten days.
