Stay away from Dr.Perito as he uses the pubic area for surgery and most all problems you read here are with this type of implant placement. Dr. Eid and Dr. are the top two and I chose Dr. Kramer for a number of reasons and if you review both as to what their procedure is, you select Dr. Kramer. After surgery I went to the hotel, no drain, no hospital stay, minor pain and he had some extra work to do because of scar tissue in the lower left area.

Read all you can here and how the two doctor differ. Ask all the questions you can think of and then think of more questions to ask. Good luck in what you decide.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Dirtman,

Can you explain in detail the reasons you chose Kramer.

Thank you.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.
