Althugh I have no personal experience with that type of woman, I know that they exist, so here is what I would offer if I encounter that situtation.
1) With my titan implant, it is just firm enough to have sex with even in the deflate mode (or maybe two pumps). In that mode,if you use silicon super slippery lube, it might not hurt going in.
2) With just 2 pumps, sex would probably be pleasurable enough for me to orgasm, and she might just tolerate that "super gentle" sex experience !
