Please do your research with the NIH. They have a report that the chance of nerve damage to the penis is low with the first implant infrapubic but very high for the second replacement. I have had both. Nearly all the revisions lately have been infrapubic to scrotal. ZERO chance I would have an infrapubic again. Patients like Karpman. Even the best scrotal doctors say Perito is the only one who seems to get infrapubic right.
