Is floppy glans a thing of the past?

for me, if I am not turned on with lots of direct lubricated stimulation, then my glans will not engorge (this is due to my underlying ED condition, and was the situation preop). My implant cylinders extend 3/4 of the way into the glans, so there is no "floppy glans", just a soft glans which is meaty enough to nicely the cylinder tips and feel natural to the woman. Now if my glans engorges, then I get an extra half inch of length (due to the glans) and a glans which likely rubs the women in a great way; that being said, I am not yet convinced that I am willing to go through maneuvers to optimize glans engorgement since that would involve using ED treatments such as trimix urethral gel, muse urethral suppository, viagra, or cock ring.
Having the implant means I am normal again and can have sex "anywhere and anytime" with just 90 seconds of pumpup. Sex is just great for me with a soft glans.

Not all Ed people can go to Dr Kramer or Dr Eid . There are other Doctors in the Usa besides them. Just seek and you will find Im sure. just ask questions in your area who is the best. I found 2 top Doctor in Canada Ontario They are world class doctors they wrote many book on penile implants , ved per surgery and done over 200 implants per year no complians.

If a procedure is done correctly, there will be no floppy glans. My implant tips go well into the head of my dick (about half way). The head is completely supported even flaccid but even more so when pumped. My dick head is spongy and penetration is not a problem. My urologist did an incredible job. I would name my next child after him but I shoot blanks since my vasectomy. He is tops.
