Right handed but have to pump this thing with the left. Same with last one. I think it has to do with the tubing comes down the right side of my penis.

Very nice! Do you think you have gained any girth compared to pre the first implant? Or are you about the same as you were?

I think it is clearly thicker. Still not as big as the natural erection used to be but over time? Certainly my wife is satisfied now.
