Before the prostatectomy I had as my wife told Dr. Kramer ( and I was shocked she used those words) "a big fucking dick". I lost a lot of size. My wife's first words after the prostatectomy were "I can't believe it can be so small". Condoms large enough were very hard to find. 9" was not the problem but the girth. I ordered them from a company in California. Large store brand were so tight to be painful. I gave my supply to a big dicked friend.

Dick update. Real facts. Pictures to back it up.

14 months post Kramer implant.

Likes:
Regaining size
Gets straighter if I leave it pumped up for about 15 minutes first. Curve is still there when first pumped but it does slowly graduate to nearly straight. See picture.

Deflated it is soft and pliable with no kinks or interruptions now.

Dislikes:
Still a couple.
The left cylinder "withdraws" from the glans when deflated leaving the head looking crooked. As soon as it is pumped up it straightens out though still slightly smaller on left.

I am able to pump full pumps, have a method I will share at some point but bulb collapses and I run out of fluid anywhere from 36-39 pumps. At first I thought I had a leak but has become the consistent norm.

Appears there is a lot of scar tissue where the old tubing wrapped around my dick. If I pull back the skin, it is quite visible there is a considerably thicker area of my dick where the old tubing was.

I think there is either room for more fluid or larger cylinders because 1) I run out of fluid, and 2) my dick stands out about 3:30 position and is quite flexible as far as swing left right or bounce up and down. Shaft is stiff and does take some force to bend. Dr. Kramer has offered several times for me to come back and put in 24 cm. At one time I thought I saw a chart where 24cm was the only size that had a fat glans tip with I think would be preferable.

I still think the corporotomy was too high. It is not possible to jerk off without bouncing the palm of my hand over the tubing. Maybe the thought of hand job is not considered in an implant. This is the one issue that would be a non issue with an infrapublic implant. There is the issue of your hand bouncing over the tubes wrapped around your dick though.

Pump juts out too far forward and scrotum rubs on my clothes all the time. I think it is due to the tethering to keep it centered inside.

Hangs bent to the left. Wish it could hang down straight center between my balls but if this is my biggest gripe then I should be grateful.

I have to wonder if these issues were fixable or if my dick was such a f'd up mess after the first implant that this is the best possible outcome. Cheers all.

It looks great from what a layman can see on the video.
Remarkable how Kramer thrashes Milam (without mentioning his name of course), his work, and the infrapubic method in general.
I guess nobody who ever visited FT will ever get an implant from Milam.
What goes around comes around...

Now just take it easy for a few weeks and keep your dick pointing up at all times.

Thank you merrix, you advised me as a good caring father. Cheers. d

Update/change
I am beginning to thing these implants are someone fluid for the first year (change). Last implant the pump dropped down into a primo position about a week before revision. Yesterday morning I awoke to find my pump was nolonger attached along the underside of my urethra, something I disliked. Pump still forward and now tilts and lays a bit to the right but much more comfortable now. Certainly makes wringing the last drops out easier. Cheers all. d

It has been 7 days since my pump became detached from the bottom of my penis. I am happy to report the pump is settling down into a much more comfortable position. 15 months 4 days post implant.

Update.
CT scan report says I have fluid or blood surrounding the reservoir. Dr. Kramer and I talked and he told me to send him a copy of the CT. I only see what MAYBE is fluid on one of 3000 pages of images. Radiologist report also says I have a prostate and healthy seminal vesicles, something that has not been in this body for 9 years so I call the whole radiologist report into question. The only image I can see that might look like those is the wrong angle for the slice to look like those parts. Actually call the entire last 31 days of doctor and hospital visits into question being I've had 3 different diagnosis on the tumor, then after surgically removing it and being told neither hospital pathology can identify it and sent it to another hospital and Mayo, now it is Melanoma so out of 4 hospitals and Mayo the same thing has 4 diagnosis and 2 can't identify. Who knows if any is correct? Will update when I hear from Dr. Kramer. d

YES ct reports, I had an MRI on my back. The Back Dr says" That is the worse MRI I have ever seen, Don't ever use that place again" Then goes on to tell me that my back is inoperable. WHAT DO I CONCLUDE FROM THAT?

I don't know oldbeak but it is getting worse all the time. I have never seen an ultrasound that was readable but had one the 11th that looked like a photograph it was so clear, but 5 trips to CT scanner and nobody can read it. smh. Maybe the doctor was stating he cannot do anything based on the crappy radiology. It is highly telling when my doctor goes to Costa Rica for his healthcare as do 3 friends. They say it is compassionate quality and affordable. Cheers.
