Note to self. I looked up and the maximum expandable size of this Titan cylinder is .86" or 22 mm. Literature says 21mm+ but then states 22mm. .75 is 3/4" .875 is 7/8" . Will do some dick measuring with pictures to see where things are now. Dr. Kramer seemed to think when we talked last that I had a lot of room for girth yet and I certainly used to. If it is like my AMS, it got fatter toward the glans over time, a long time. Till then it was a tapered cone.

Aki, how long did it take to get that girth fatter towards the glans. I have that and was going to ask doctor on my next visit. I have only been cycling 9 days

This implant it was instant. It took a good 10-11 months for the AMS implant to start looking more cylindrical shaped instead of looking like a skinny traffic cone.

I am glad to read you use a condom. I also volunteer to a support group for people with HIV. They are often co-infected with a variety of other bugs including HEP C. Too often I hear the story they always used a condom except that 1 or 2 times and now they are infected and on drugs for life. Here in the states you can go to prison for having sex with HIV and not having consent showing the partner knows about it. Here in Missouri the sentence is 30 years to life if transmission of an STD occurs and the statute states the use of protection is not a defense though the use of protection is your number one defense against acquiring a disease. I participated in the Gates foundation design a better condom grant program. One of the things I had discovered that helped with sensitivity was to put ribbed condom on inside out. Your sensation will increase tremendously. If you get the unlubed kind and put just a tiny amount of lube on your glans, then roll it on inside out, the ribs will be on the inside and slide on your glans but the dry part will keep the condom from sliding off. I used to order the XXL kind from California because the others were too tight and hurt. I know a smaller one will be less likely to come off but comfort has to be a part of it as well as function. I hope this helps. Try it. I think you will like it that way. I loathed condoms but this method makes it nearly more lovin sensory than you can take. Cheers.

I have a friend who has issues finding large size. One day we got on the subject as he has partners that we both know have tested positive for STDs. He tests clean and I want to help assure he stays that way to not add to his problems. He is poorer than sand. No car, no steady home really really poor. Sends all his money home to pay his mother's house payment and property taxes and will live homeless from time to time if he has to so he can make sure she is taken care of. I would share my supply with him as he told me the ones he could buy in the store were so tight they hurt. Now they seem to be easier to find. I never thought of looking on ebay for condoms.
