Could you tell me how many years you have with the implant more or less? Have you had any problems with them?
Also If you have had reviews and if there were problems or difficulties?

I'm 116 days post op. absolutely no problems. Sex is great and orgasms intense. Check out my journals.

LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

18 months post-op. Things are great. As said previously, intercourse is better than ever in my life. My wife said that it is less painful because my penis doesn't "bend", which caused problems. The extreme stiffness of my erections makes it "smoother," if that makes any sense.
I have a Titan, which is a lot stiffer in the flaccid state than I was previous. As a result, sex, other than intercourse, can occur even without pumping to an erection. This is great for me.
Write off the first four months. You are going for the long haul. My first two months were very painful and for the next two I couldn't get the darn thing to work. You'll see a lot of complaints about that. The pump is hard as a rock and I had to go in to the urologist and have his football player hands squeeze as hard as he could to get it to work. These things occur and it gets much better with time. After about six months it will be smooth sailing, but expect bumps on the road initially.
At this time I am extremely happy that I made the decision to get an implant.

I'm 62 days post-op and I couldn't be happier. My entire experience from pre-op to date has been a positive one with the exception of losing some size, and I'm getting used to that.

I'm 3.75 years and 2.75 years post Titan implant. Yeah.... lots of pain first time, relatively little pain second time. Lost maybe an inch (and I wasn't big to start with)...... Lost a little sensitivity in the glans ..... Have cold head often..Leak a little pee, .. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!! I take the little fucker out to play with the pros on a regular basis.....
