In his instructions, it says wait 3 weeks, but I'll ask him.

As long as you're cleared to do so... take a warm bath. Your scrotum will relax a lot and make it a lot easier to feel the deflate button.

You must follow his instructions. Remember that he uses dissolvable sutures, and heat accelerate this process. So, wait the 3 weeks. But, for sure the bath will help to relax the scrotal sac, and you will be able to easily identify the pump parts.

If you are apprehesive pumping up, deflate your partial first.
It shouldn't be hard (pun intended :D ).
When you have it deflated, put a few pumps in so you are like you were before (partial) and then deflate again.
This way you are no worse off than when you started.

Kramer and length:

I didn't pump it up all the way, but my dick was only 4" long. It used to be 5.25". It's not because of lack of glans engorgement.

For those who went to Kramer, did it take time for your length to grow back? This seems ridiculous and unbelievable after he assured me I would lose no length.

I think that you need to stop freaking out and give things some time. Like weeks or even months.

No. Daily cycling will get your length back. Talk to Kramer and trust him. He's done this a few times.
