Was always high and higher now as others have said, we can get hard, stay hard and even flaccid if women look they can see something sticking out. Hell, when I go a massage I had to explain to her why my penis was standing up. No big deal as she was hot and I didn't care if she noticed or even saw. My sex drive went way up post implant. My wife would accuse my of almost attacting her. In a good way of course. She loved it. I am post op almost 2 years and it has leveled off a bit. Like a kid with a new toy often only plays with it on ocation. Not a good example but you get the idea.
