Usually about twice a week for sex and probably three times inbetween. I have a AMS700 LGX implanted Dec. 16. 2014. Best thing I ever had done for myself and my wife.

I'm learning the hard way No input from Doc as to how often. 100 PLUS DAYS out and I found If you don't pump at lease daily it's like starting all over again.

I am now at day 134 and in the past felt the same way. It does seem the more often and regular I can pump it up the more consistent the result but some days there seems to be no time for dick. No doctor tells you that you are going to have to spend a couple hours working on that damn thing every day for a year after spending 1 1/2 months healing and $80 grand. At least with replacement hips and knees they are up front about that part. Maybe there needs to be a for profit business of daily post dick implant therapy like knees and hips. Ding dong. It's your dick therapy instructor for your morning dick therapy session.............Oh, you are progressing well. 4 more weeks and you can try handling your dick yourself. 32 more weeks while I instruct you playing with your dick and if all goes well we will release you. Yes, I know that feels good. It is part of the service.....

I suspect "no doctor tells you that you are going to have to spend a couple hours working on that damn thing every day for a year after spending 1 1/2 months healing and $80 grand" because that is something that virtually never happens.

I inflate my Titian every morning for 1 hour. In that hour I randomly squeeze it a little bit more until at the end of the hour it won't inflate any further

LOL, not what you are thinking ! I inflate before I get out of bed at 6:00 then make coffee, watch news, and shower, then I deflate by the time I am get dressed. I will say there was one or two times I stopped and then the next time I inflated it was sore.

Kmeister, I am like you and inflate for an hour or so doing: showering, shaving and grooming. (See previous post on this thread)
One of the benefits of an IPP is an erection anytime you want it. You no longer have to be aroused to get hard, just watch what you do and try not to bump into anything, ouch!
I too found out if I did not inflate regularly and I maxed it out with a few days in between it was uncomfortable.

Not often enough and wish it was push a button automatic. Whirrrr pop boom! It is quite time consuming. Unlike a natural erection you are occupied with pumping it up instead of other quite interesting things your mind and hands could be doing.
