Can I still feel a sensation in my penis even though I have the penile implant installed?

Most likely you will. Of course that can vary depending on factors in your body, but most guys posting here seem do fine. It is something you can discuss with your doc.

Indeed. In my case the sensation is exactly as it was before in all respects. Everybody is different, of course, but odds are that your sensation will be fine.

5 weeks post op and no loss of feeling or sensation. Only difference is that in a flaccid state it is never limp or shrinking but looks and feels like it did in my 20's always just a little aroused and it feels good!

How soon were you able to try it out?? How was the 1st time. I see my uro in two weeks, telling him I want a implant.
age 80. Prostate removed (cancer) 20 years ago. ED resulted. 19+ years did nothing. Tried pills, vacuum pump (HATED IT), injections worked sometimes, but not dependable. Presently have a inflatable, worked the 1st year. Not working for me now.

Still at the practice pumping stage could be another 3 weeks before intercourse but the sensations are fully there and no loss of feeling. Still good aroused feeling in my cock, have been able to masterbate since week 2 with great orgasams and ejeculations but need the Doc to inflate to full size before we get to go all the way.

Well this is Nov.24 and had my surgery Nov.21(inflatable penile prosthesis and artificial urinary sphincter). Feeling very uncomfortable especially when it comes to sitting down.Had the procedure done at the VA.Taking Vicodin for pain and an antibiotic. Will keep you posted on progress. If anyone has any suggestions they are more than welcomed.

Having trouble sitting because of the implants inside of me. Hope this uncomfortable feeling will go away soon. Today has been one week since the surgery.

Lay down as much as you can I did for the first couple of weeks, it's all very tender down there and in there so give it time to settle, sleeping it off also helps the healing process, so put up your feet and let the healing begin.
Just a thought but it worked for me
Cheers
