Is Dr. Irwin Goldstein a good penile implant surgeon?

I'm planning on seeing Dr. Irwin Goldstein and I was wondering if there are any good or bad reviews about him as a penile implant surgeon. I already did some research but I'm still not sure if he's a good or bad surgeon. If anyone has any experience with a penile implant operation with Dr. Irwin Goldstein, I would greatly appreciate it if you can share your experience.
