NJ here, I am a little over a year since operation. Thrilled! Will to explain or show discreetly of course. 55 years old did pills, shots, pump them implant. Lost some size but zero complaints. Easy to use and no woman can last.

In Winston Salem, NC and travel to Boone, NC. Willing to show and tell. The photos shows the flaccid state which is larger then before. If anyone needs to talk about what it is like after surgery and the healing, please let me know.

Can anyone on here tell me if they lost erect length from the procedure?

I did not, and many others here report the same. There are several causes of loss of length that are not the result of the implant surgery (atrophy, Peyronies, etc.), and using a top surgeon will maximize the likelihood of a good outcome.
