leak after revision

I had a revision back in January were they changed the cx implant with a lgx and also removed the fat pad above my penis infrapubicly. They left the pump in place because of my previous infection because he thought it was working at the time. I noticed a couple weeks after the procedure when I pumped up that when it was pumped up to 95 to 100 the pump would dimple and not stay filled like my prior implants. I have noticed that it has started to dimple sooner ever since I noticed it and it only gets about 75% hard. I had a follow up three weeks after the procedure and told him I noticed it dimpled when it was hard but he wasn’t concerned as it got completely hard at the time. I have an injury in with my surgeon about it but I am super frustrated with my constant bad luck. I am very happy with the appearance and length increase after the revision but I probably should have just not messed with what was working at the time. For those of you that have had a leak did they replace the whole system as a precaution or just the leaking component? I am hoping that he can just replace the pump and refill the system.

I had similar issues. I noticed that the number of pumps till flat was getting less and less. Eventually I could only get to 80% hard. When Dr confirmed leak and scheduled surgery for 4 months out, I just left myself at the 80% hard mark so as to have something usable during the wait for revision. Hopefully you will not need my delayed surgery hack! Good luck.

Did they replace the whole thing or just the failed component ?

If there is a leak, they will replace everything. Possibly not the reservoir

They changed out everything. Went from AMS to Titan. Dick went from long and thin to short and fat. I preferred long and thin but we don’t get to choose.

Tmansdorfer, Are you sure that there is leak and that you need a revision? From what you described above, it looks like you can still get the saline into the cylinders and at some point it got very hard.
Try to pump aggressively, I mean putting as much squeezes as you can. It might need more and more stretching at about 2 months of implant surgery. Pump it up in a warm shower and see if you can get it to 100%.

A couple weeks after the revision it would pump up to max hardness and then be flat , I was thinking that there just was no more fluid . I was alright at that point because it would get to max hardness. Over the last month I have slowly gotten less hard when the pump starts too go flat. I am probably at like 80% hard now when it goes flat. It is a gradual decline is why I am saying it is slowly leaking out. I am trying to get an appointment with the dr to see what he thinks

I hope it is an easy thing to fix, without going into a complete replacement of all parts.

I hope so too as I like the way that the cylinders are positioned. I am hoping it is a connector or something they can get too easy and just recrimp and refill.
