The subject says it all, anyone else feel this way? Is it important in any way?

I notice the same thing, sort of an oval shape.
None of my girls have ever mentioned it, whether I told them I had an implant or not.

I think using a VED helps alleviate that problem as it helps with glans / spongiosum engorgement. At least that's my experience. After 10 minutes or so I have a pretty well rounded erection, even if it is temporary. Try it

Yes, I’ve a titan but if I’m not aroused it’s flat and oval. Freaked me out at first lol but as I got used to it and relaxed it usually gets nicely engorged. A cock ring and viagra or cialis help a lot too.

It has been referred to as the “surfboard” look here on FT, I think it will slowly alleviate over time. I never experienced it, but everybody is different. As was mentioned, I doubt anybody will have an issue with it.

I’m probably more oval than round now, my wife has never mentioned it, and she seems perfectly happy with it’s many other features.

Completely normal when not aroused and inflated. When you are aroused, the blood rushes in and makes it normal shape.

Cialis helps mine. But if I just pump with no stimulation it’s oval. Start rubbing it and it rounds out. Was worse first few months but as the swelling goes down and nerves got back to normal I get plenty round with stimulation

As I understand it this is normal. The cylinders of the implant fill the corpora cavernosa chambers but have no effect on erectile tissue in the corpus spongiosum or glans. As reported above stimulation may trigger some blood flow to those areas. Visgra or Cialis may do the same. It’s nothing to be concerned about. Just the technical limits of the implant.

Yup, I feel the same way. Supposedly the Titan is rounder.
