Getting closer to an implant decision

Postby Preacher1957 » Sun Aug 19, 2018 10:42 pm

Wife and I got a little cozy tonight and I got hard enough for penetrating but by the time I got into place it was gone like a freight train. Got up an took a shot of 100 units of alprostidal and nothing. Maybe 20%. Got the right spot She helped me and I was able too draw blood into the syringe. I’ve tried trimix caverject and now monomix. The results are not gonna help. Diabetes artery disease and HBP at 61 I don’t want to waste any more years. This is really getting me down. I see my uro next month and we’ve already talked about implant we going to talk a whole lot more

Preacher,

I got to that point and I never looked back. I got tired of having to make excuses about losing wood and having to take pills to fuck or even rub one out.

I’m only 6 days post op (and am still dealing with the nagging ache in my ballsack), and even through the (relative) pain I’ve endured, this is still the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

And another great benefit is that I don’t have a pharmacy benefit manager telling me how many times I can get off in a month.

Preacher,

My only advice is get a well known high volume surgeon. Competence in other areas of urology, friendship, or even bedside manner do NOT qualify someone to cut into your only penis.
Prostatectomy 2004-Bimix caused Peyronies-Viagra had little effect. Active sex life with wife of 50 yrs- been dependent on a VED for 10 yrs. 22cm Titan w/Dr. Eid Aug 7th See my Implant Journal -> http://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/board,56.0.html

Preacher,
I have been in your situation, where injections were not effective.
I have had an implant for 75 days and it has proven a suitable corrective choice.
Born 1958, ED issues following prostatectomy in 2009 for PCa. Used Cialis and prostaglandin but ultimately unworkable. Implanted 2/6/2018, 20cm Titan no RTE
