So about 1-2 months ago I made a post about myself and going the implant route, I set up meetings with my local Urologist Jesse Mills at UCLA Men’s clinic great guy was quick did blood test passed, confirmation that I have corporal fibrous on both sides from trimix, did a ultrasound slight VL and the blood is trapped from reaching tip with trimix from the scar tissue with the fibrous. He recommended getting a VED to open it up for 2-3 months, of course sex is my business and I couldn’t find very many post about him on here so I scheduled Kramer for the 29th of this month, seems to all be happening at excellent pace because I can’t afford to take multiple months off work or not have sex. I still have some questions on how is everyone’s healing process what does the incision look like after let’s say a month or two?

If Kramer is like Eid the scrotal sutures come out in 14 days, and the very small incision is completely healed at that time. There is no visible scar remaining.

My Penoscrotal incision was nearly invisible at my 4 week follow-up appointment and disappeared soon after that. I believe most guys with Infrapubic incisions have to rely on pubic hair growing out to hide the scar.

True. But the only way to see it is under my pubic hair -- my wife already knows everything.

I probably should have gone with Kramer. Called and got hotel and travel data emailed but decided to stay local. That cost me 2 inches. These guys are both excellent surgeons but right off the bat they told me it would cost an inch. I consented to surgery accepting that loss. Then while I was under changed their mind without consent and took another inch. Also my scrotum scar is longer than 3 inches.
Find out if Kramer uses glue. You will heal faster and can bathe the same day. Sleep on a wedge pillow and swelling and discoloration will be less. If you inflate 2 pumps it will hurt like hell at times for 2 weeks but your shaft will not shrink hence you will reach max length much faster. As for sex, some guys are able to enjoy it in 3 weeks and some take many months to adjust to their new feel. I have no idea how either you or I will do. I was only implanted 11 days ago and will return to work on Monday.

With the device you have, a ballpark estimate of your erect length is 5.5 inches. Add in your glans and arousal and you’re a lot closer to your pre surgery length than you think.

It takes about four to six weeks the most, and there is very little scaring. If it is done through the top when the hair grows back, it will cover any scare. If it is done through the bottom between the penis and the scrotum, there will be no scare or very little.
You will be just fine.
