What I was trying to communicate in my first link was that I had the same problem you are describing, penis semi-erect and pointing at 3:00 even when fully deflated. It completely resolved with time but you need to allow a month at least.Hawkman wrote: I am talking about a penis that is swelled up hard even when totally properly deflated.
This is what I wanted you to read and understand from that thread:

But I'm still going to be embarrassed by the semi-erect state of my flaccid when I see the PA. And I can't use the gym locker room in this condition.
Any tips for getting to a softer flaccid state with the Titan? Maybe use a jock strap with penis pointed down instead of up for awhile? Not really complaining but this is a concern.

Noticeably a softer flaccid now, hangs at 5:00 now instead of 3:00. I can live with that.
Very pleased now at +33 days from surgery. Cycling to the max every other day or more often. I didn't measure before or after, but going by look and feel I haven't lost any size.
It's what, 8 days since your surgery? You need to recover and let things adjust and settle down. Your body is still reacting to the implant in unpleasant ways.
Your next milestone is getting the stitches removed at day 14, so think about that and who's going to do it. Dr Eid should have given you a "sutures letter" to give to the doctor/nurse/PA doing the procedure. You will feel the improvement in comfort when those sutures are gone.
