Reality Check and a little humor

It just occurs to me that has not at all sunk in that I am “fixed”. Cycling is just a detailed, less than fun, responsibility at this point. I still have significant pain, especially after cycling, and swelling is making me wish that the dick that wouldn’t go up on its own for 14 years would finally go down on its own so I could at least pee in the toilet. Progress is slow enough that it is not real clear that each day is better than the last, but I do see progress.

It seems to me that I have too much discomfort 1 week into the process. When I read of guys that report no pain you have to wonder. We keep our sense of humor most of the time howeverband When I told my wife “my dick hurts” her reply was, “wait and see what it feels like in 2 months” and smiled.

At this point I think I need to invent an implant with a small, hidden, recessed, needle valve. It would be very quick to pump up, and require no reservoir or pump in my sore scrotum.

Some men call it pain.. some men call it discomfort, some men have lots of both and some men have nothing. You have nothing to worry about unless it gets worse OR you get a fever OR you start to hallucinate. Then get yourself to emerg. immediately.
